Transfer photos & videos from Facebook to Google Photos



Facebook has launched a tool through its platform for all its users, which allows the transfer of photos and videos to the Google Photos service.

 Users can access the new tool by :-

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click on  'Your Facebook Information' section
  3. Choose to transfer photos and videos
  4.  retype the password for the Facebook account
  5. choose the destination Google Photos from the dropdown.
  6. determine what you want to copy whether Pictures or videos

The process might take some time depending on the size of your data, After the transfer is done, you will get notified in your mail box from Facebook that the process is finished.

 It is worth mentioning that the user must have a Google account, in order to be able to transfer the content, and it is not possible to transfer pictures and videos together in one go, but you will have to repeat the process again if you want to transfer the videos after transferring the images or vice versa.

 This feature is part of the 'Facebook' project called 'Data Transfer Project', through which it provides users to easily transfer their data to other services instead of downloading them manually, 'Facebook' launched the feature last March starting with some countries then applied it to the rest.

Facebook mentioned that 'users will be able to transfer images to other companies under the data transfer project as well.' 

. The Data Transfer Project is a data exchange initiative launched in 2018 to help users easily transfer their data between various online services, and the project includes several companies collaborating to shape the future of portability, including: Apple, Facebook, Google, Microsoft, and Twitter .

How Blogger images & Google Photos connected ?

Do you know that when you upload an image to Blogger via your website or blog (that have format x.blogspot.com) , the same image also uploads to Google Photos behind the scenes . Bp.blogspot.com is it a scam ? Why I can't Access it ?

Is Bp.blogspot.com a scam ? If not why I can't Access it ? How it ranked so high on Alexa and other Ranking engines on the web ?  Is bp.blogspot.com legit or a scam? This question is always due to the high presence of bp.blogspot in the ranking services , bp.blogspot.com and it's subdomains is totally legit since it's Google service for hosting images and photos for blogger platform and google photos as well so it's not a scam it's as safe as other Google services.  Why I can't Access bp.blogspot.com ? Because you are not supposed to ! bp.blogspot.com is a Google reserved service, These links are connected to Google servers , so you can view the full link that contains image but you will get nothing if you tried to visit bp.blogspot.com it self.
